Michigan Supreme Court says that parents of disabled children must have contract with their brain-injured child to get insurance help

November 10, 2009

This video was put out in Nov. 2008, detailing the record of the MI Supreme Court in putting business “interests” in a ridiculous light. The Michigan Supreme Court justices ruled that a mother must have a contract with her brain-injured child (or have a contract with her brain-injured husband) in order to get help from her insurance carrier. Okay, I may not be a lawyer, but that sounds nuts even to me.
