Such broadcasts can only help to bring to the viewers attention the horrific legacy left to the people of Vietnam by the use of Agent Orange. With over three million victims of all ages the need for justice grows daily more stronger, especially for the young babies and children born years after the war ended in 1975.
Monssanto, Dow Chemical and the other 35 U.S. companies iknow that what they produced was dangerous and poisonous but still today they deny their responsibility and refuse to pay compensation to the victims and their families. The U.S. Government also has a responsibilty for it was the government at the time that gave the order for its use. In any other instance te use of Agent Orange would be classified as a War Crime. Yet no one has been punished.
We call for an international ban on all products of Monsanto and Dow Chemicals until this injustice to the people of Vietnam has been won.
I agree with you on the war crimes. I have long boycotted Monsanto and Dow, because I think their products are too dangerous, and not only harmful to those in Vietnam, but harmful to many people.
